Installation and deployment of Nintex products requires an account with at least the following permissions.
SharePoint permissions:
Ability to modify farm properties (required to import the license file).
Any user account in the Farm Administrators group has the ability to modify farm properties. To view members of this group, navigate to Central Administration > Security > Users > Manage the farm administrators group.
SharePoint_Shell_Access role membership for the SharePoint configuration database, Central Administration database, and all SharePoint content databases.

SQL Server permissions:
Ability to create databases as well as modify permissions on databases.
A Microsoft Windows-based login to SQL Server that is a member of the following roles:
securityadmin fixed server role
dbcreator fixed server role
db_owner fixed database role for all databases in the server farm that will be used during installation
Windows PowerShell permissions:
SharePoint_Shell_Access role membership (required to access parts of SharePoint via Windows PowerShell).
Ability to run Windows PowerShell scripts if script execution is set by group policy; needed for the server on which the

Windows permissions:
Membership of the Administrators group for every server in the farm.
To determine if a user account has local administrator rights on the server, view the Administrators group: In the Services Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in, expand Local Users and Groups, expand Groups, and double-click Administrators. If your account is not listed, note original status for reverting after installation is complete, then add the account to the group.
